Favorite Winter Styles for january
On Mondays we wear black.
It’s not always easy to get the work week started so I like to keep it simple and wear black.
For 2 months I wore the same black dress every Monday with different accessories. No one was the wiser.
A very simple sweater and pants are the perfect back drop to a pattern coat.
Knee length is very flattering, wear it unbuttoned for a slimming effect.
Flared trousers are particularly flattering on Banana body type.
Over the knee boots are warm, comfortable and sexy. These are a must have for any fashionista.
Blake Lively sasses up this outfit with plaid tights.
This casual outfit is pulled together by accessories…sunglasses, scarf and cross body bag.
Perfectly fitted denim and leather moto jacket are timeless. When trotting around the city don’t be afraid to wear wedge heels for support and you won’t have to worry about stepping in a crack. I hate it when that happens!
Also Jennifer Aniston keeps accessories to a minimum but wear a belt…a wide leather belt for jeans completes her look.
Petite ladies look particularly great in mini-skirts with tights and booties because it lengthens the legs.
Of course Reese Witherspoon’s outfit will look wonderful on any body shape.
A classic peacoat looks great on anyone at any age. Olivia Palermo sexes up her classic coat with leather leggings.
If you don’t like leather try coated denim instead. It’s more comfortable, less expensive and has the look of leather.
Stripes with plaid is one of our favorite combinations.
Alexa Chung adds even more style by mixing black and brown with the addition of her overcoat.
